Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band established out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To advertise their tune, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) thru his kpop album unboxing LiveJournal webpage.
